The Mondial Agency Online Development teams follow the methodology called scrum and extreme programming. Our goal is to deliver value in a visible and continous process. By utilizing the Scrum project management aproach, you as a customer will have a new working system f.i. every 30 days. In our method selected changes are developed, tested and implemented in short, high energy bursts we call sprints. This is explained below.
